EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

POSITION: PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Repost)

LOCATION: KATERI SCHOOL

SALARY RANGE: $34,309.00 – $74,325.00, commensurate with Education & Experience

DURATION: Indeterminate Full-Time Position

Start Date: August 23, 2021, with nine (9) month probation period

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Education, Physical and Health Education degree or related field teaching degree OR

working towards a Bachelor of Education degree and previous teaching experience OR Teaching

certificate with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience.

• Solid knowledge of subject matter for all subjects and courses in the assigned program of studies.
• Knowledge of growth and developmental characteristics of children and/or adolescents.
• Complete fluency and literacy in Kanien’kéha or French are considered an asset.
