Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Scarborough, Ontario
Length of Assignment: Full time, Permanent
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000/year + bonus + benefits
Responsibilities:
Oversee and organize onsite operations
Maintain and manage the manufacturing targets
Provide support and leadership for all employees within the facility
Manage and maintain KPI’s
Oversee new processes and identify areas for improvement
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining daily targets related to production, quality, and safety at the plant
Qualifications:
5 – 7+ years of managerial experience at the plant level is required
Must have Labour Relations Experience
A strong background in the manufacturing industry is required
Experience working in a high-volume environment is required.
Experienced team leader with strong problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
