Nature of Work: To develop molecular imaging and radiotherapeutic agents against different cancers
Typical Duties or Accountabilities: Develop and evaluate novel cancer theranostics agents using different radiometals complexed to molecularly targeted probes (peptides and antibodies).
Qualifications
Education: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D with an impressive publication record, preferably within the last two years in one of the following areas: pharmaceutical sciences/pharmacy, pharmacology, radiopharmaceutical chemistry, nuclear medicine or chemistry
Experience: PhD within less than 2 years.
Skills: The ideal candidate would be proficient in developing novel techniques for bioconjugation of different radionuclides to peptides and antibodies, develop animal models of cancer (xenograft and PDX models) and microPET/SPECT/OI/CT imaging techniques. Experience working with radiometals is required. Experience working and collaborating in diverse and inclusive settings is required.
