Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) will lead Meridian in developing and delivering a refreshed long-term vision and strategy while staying true to our roots and upholding our strong track record of product service and first to market innovations. The CEO is responsible for providing overall strategic, operational, tactical and management leadership for Meridian to achieve its growth, community, Member/employee engagement and profitability objectives.

The CEO will be a strategic visionary with substantive financial services leadership expertise who embraces the challenges of operating a commercial enterprise successfully in times of change and digital transformation, providing a differentiated Member and employee experience and optimizing efficient operations for the business. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong belief and commitment to Meridian’s purpose and co-operative values.
