We’re on the hunt for a Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program Director on our Geointelligence team at our Richmond office.

Our mission is to turn energy into actionable insight for our sailours. From shore-based command and control to ship-board electronic support measures, our team of engineers and supply chain managers are leading Electronic Warfare solutions into Canada’s next multi-role and multi-mission combat ship. As a long-time trusted partner for the Canadian Navy, we’ve been solving Canada’s niche of tough engineering problems through our Defence programs.

As our CSC Program Director, you will lead an industry team to deliver the next generation of Electronic Warfare and Illuminator solutions for MDA.

Responsibilities:
Overall program authority and responsibility for the portfolio of subcontracts.

Provides long term direction and vision to the team.

Provides leadership and program guidance to the members of the CSC Program Management Organization.

Responsible for the program’s overall cost and schedule performance, resourcing, and reporting of overall performance.

Responsible for the successfully negotiation, execution and delivery of program subcontracts.

Responsible for the program’s risk and opportunity assessment and management.

Responsible for program change management processes.

Provides the direct program interface with program governance and senior management.

Represents the program at major reviews including milestone reviews and progress reviews.

Interacts with contracts, quality and finance organizations to support program execution

Supports the development of related business opportunities

Requirements:
Proven track record managing and delivering the largest and most complex engineering programs. Electronic warfare and large program execution experience highly desirable.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business or related discipline, post graduate qualifications highly desirable.

Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent highly desirable.

Comments/Special Considerations:
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the Secret status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
