Main Responsibilities
The Research Agent works with her or his clients in order to assess their needs in terms of public tenders and performs a daily search for public tenders corresponding to the client’s profile. The Research Agent is also responsible for maintaining an open dialogue with her or his client in order to keep up to date with the client’s needs in all tender-related matters.
Establish client profiles regarding public markets and practices
Electronically monitor government tenders
Gather all relevant tenders and send to clients by way of a personalized journal
Gather information related to client concerns
Perform regular client follow-up in order to recommend tools, products, or approaches to improve client performance on public market
Requirements
College degree
English and French (spoken and written)
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and experience with client-facing communications
Advanced time management and organization abilities
Autonomous, accountable, and customer-oriented
Good command of MS Office
Compensation: Annual salary commensurate with experience.
