Offering a dining experience like none other, our client is looking for a trendy General Manager to help with their expansion plans across Canada.
Compensation:
$80-90,000.00/year + bonus program + health benefits
Job Description:
Ensure all team members understand and maintain operating standards.
Train new hires and encourage continued development for existing staff.
Motivate team members toward phenomenal customer service.
Address customer concerns and seek positive resolutions.
Lead by example as a proactive team player.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of previous GM or AGM experience with a reputable brand.
Commitment to quality of service and flawless guest experience.
Incredible leadership skills.
Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a calm demeanour.
Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
Immaculate attention to detail.
