As the first point of contact for victims and offenders referred to the program, the Restorative Justice Manager works toward the goal of providing an alternative to the criminal justice system that focuses on why crime occurs, the affects on others and how it can be repaired. The Restorative Justice Program Manager works with a team of volunteers along with youth and adult offenders to identify root cause(s) of their harm/crime in order to assist in developing preventative interventions and supports.
