Based on identified gaps, you’ll determine the best approach to help employees meet their language requirements by teaching them English and French as a second language.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Prepare curriculum and learning objectives
Deliver lessons, exercises, tests and assignments
Provide tutoring and coaching to senior leaders
Research best practices for teaching tools and methods
What we’re looking for:
Passion for education and continuous learning
Relationship-builder and team player
Solid understanding of organizational learning concepts
In-depth knowledge of approaches in second language acquisition
What you’ll need:
A degree in education, linguistics, French or English and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Fluency in both official languages
Experience teaching French and English to adults
