You are passionate about your subject areas, actively seek the opportunity for interdisciplinary and real-world connections, and are innovative not only in the use of technology but in the ways that engage students in learning. You understand the importance of inquiry-based and problem-based approaches to learning, enjoy integrating technology, are available with minimal notice to cover absences/additional classes, and have relevant subject experience in making a difference in the lives of young women in one or more of the following areas: Mathematics / Science / Social SciencesHumanities / Physical & Health Education Having the subject knowledge to step into any classroom, whenever needed, to supply and deliver real world contexts through a curriculum that incorporates interdisciplinary connections and project-based learning. You are a subject specialist with superior academic credentials, including relevant degrees and Ontario Teaching Certification. Your teaching record is exemplary and includes inquiry-based experience.
