Hours of Work : 27.5 hrs. /week; 5.5 hrs./day; Monday-Friday; Part Time, Probationary

Specific Needs/Requirements for this position:
Formal Post-Secondary training is preferred
Candidate must have strong skills in numeracy and mathematics in a junior high classroom setting
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training an asset
Experience using assistive technology an asset
Preferred candidates would have experience working with junior high students
Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team an asset
Experience working with students with various diverse learning and behavioural needs an asset
Candidates will have experience working with students with Autism
Experience implementing positive behavior support plan strategies required
