This HIGH-PROFILE family from LA that will be living in the Point Grey area of Vancouver, until Oct 31st, is seeking a full-time Nanny that has ideally worked in an education setting (daycare, preschool etc). This will help keep their boys on track socially and mentally while they are away from home. Warmth and patience are key!
Their eldest son is an academic and wise beyond his years! He can chat with you confidently about the periodic table, speaks fluently in French, yet enjoys playing at the park and beach as all little kids do.
Their youngest thrives well in his current daycare environment, so someone that can help continue to foster learning through play, but also be warm, caring, and engaging would be a good fit.
The hours laid out are the main times, but someone that can offer some flexibility for the odd date night or weekend day would be great. Mom works very long days on set and dad works from a home office.
They have a very big, spacious yard, live across from Jericho and are in a great neighbourhood with oodles of outdoor venues at their feet.
They would love if someone could show their boys around the city, arranging fun activities (Science World, different beaches and parks etc), so a driver in this position is key.
They prefer that you have your own vehicle to get to and from work and to take the boys around town. This can be negotiated for a great fit.
Salary is negotiable, depending on the individual’s experience and education.
