We are seeking a qualified teacher who must possess:
A Manitoba Teacher’s Certificate, or eligibility for teacher certification in the Province of Manitoba.
A strong academic background and previous success senior years teaching experience.
Demonstrated ability to instruct at the senior years level.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective member of a team in delivering a quality program.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:
Experience in the philosophy of a multi-age classroom as it relates to curriculum planning and implementation, instructional diversity, and classroom learning environment.
Demonstrated ability and experience with English as an Additional Language learners.
Previous experience with Hutterian culture.
