The Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Regina invites applications for a tenure-track position in the area of Leadership at the level of Assistant Professor.

The anticipated start date is July 1, 2021. Alternative start dates may be considered.

Teaching responsibilities will primarily be in the area of leadership (e.g., women in leadership, mentorship, cases in leadership).

Teaching responsibilities consist of a four course load per annum.

Position Requirements

Candidates must hold a PhD (or be near completion) in leadership studies, Indigenous studies, organizational behaviour, industrial-organizational psychology, sociology, or any related discipline, and demonstrate evidence of teaching effectiveness.

Applicants must also show evidence of an emerging research agenda and dissemination of research. Further, for this position, teaching and research experience with an Indigenous focus will be considered an asset.

In order to alleviate the under-representation of these individuals in Faculty of Business Administration faculty positions, preference in hiring will be given to those who self-identify as Indigenous persons (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in the application process.
