As a Territory Manager, your role will be to actively participate in strategic planning and development of territory as well as partner with stores, the corporate office and vendor management to ensure consistent standards and objectives are achieved.
Inspire, motivate and develop our Account Managers, Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors to achieve planned sales through team development, loyalty and customer service standards.
- * Territory covers province of Alberta, home base location preference Calgary. Time spent in the field 95%+ **
Main responsibilities:
Business Development
Achieve retail sales target by door.
Build strong professional relationships with Store Managers, Sales Managers and key decision makers in store.
Ensure optimum working partnerships in the development of CHANEL business.
Ensure 100% execution of the Marketing Program.
Beauty Advisor / Team Development / Coaching
Instill passion, empower the team to deliver the unique client experience with conviction.
Inspire, educate and motivate Account Managers.
Develop Beauty Advisors to support succession planning.
Ensure 100% execution of the training program.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Territory Manager / Account Executive in the field.
Beauty industry / prestige brand experience & exposure to various retailer partners are both assets.
Strategic planner with drive to action.
Strong communication skills and follow through.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve objectives.
Self motivated individual with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility / adaptable to change.
