The Territory Manager is responsible for exceeding predetermined sales objectives while providing
industry and segment leading customer service to our current partners, while ensuing new business
development. Our Territory Managers passionately represent Collective Arts Brewing and partner brands, educate all partners, staff and consumers about our represented brands.
A typical day as a Territory Manager includes:
Responsible for all Licensee and Grocery sales in the territory; might also include some TBS and LCBO Agency sales
Assist Finance with Accounts Receivable
Maintain all account notes in our CRM
Actively oversee inventory for licensee customers and Grocery stores, ensuring they are ordering based on their weekly needs
Creating a daily, weekly and monthly ride schedule
Overseeing events in the territory
Building the Collective Arts brand within the territory, amongst key stakeholders and customers
Actively seek new partnerships and growth opportunities
Plan and execute a daily schedule of sales calls focused on specific objectives
Effectively planning around daily, weekly or monthly/quarterly based goals and distribution objectives.
Grow existing volume by leveraging impactful long-term relationships with partners
Deliver impactful and detailed presentations in a confident manner to decision makers that are consistent with broader company values and brand objectives
Fully utilize fact-based sales data to present the commercial value of the Collective Arts brand
Locate and secure impactful outlet visibility opportunities for brands in all facets within the geographical territory
Service and improve the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position and frequency, concept selling and price point management
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
Minimum 2 year structured selling experience in an alcohol related field or industry
Reside within geographic boundaries of the sales territory
Able to provide a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales territory over a full fiscal year
Own a reliable vehicle
Possesses outstanding time management and problem solving skills
Ability to grasp strategies and create tools and tactics for in field execution
Broader understanding of fiscal management and responsibility
Strong team player but also has the ability to work independently
Fully able to lift 20 kgs multiple times per day
Able to work evenings and weekends when needed
