Reporting to the Vice-President Academic and Research, the University Librarian provides strategic leadership and vision in planning and managing the operations and functions of the Arthur A. Wishart Library and the Engracia de Jesus Matias Archives (comprising the University’s records and those of the Anglican Diocese of Algoma). The physical location of the Wishart Library is in Sault Ste. Marie; the Library serves all three campuses of Algoma University. As a director-level member of the University’s leadership team, the University Librarian oversees all aspects of and has overall responsibility for Library operations and services.
