Cave Athletics Inc. located at 8889- 120 Street, Delta, V4C 6R6 is looking for 1 Customer Service Manager-Retail.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement marketing strategies.
Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
Manage staff and assign duties.
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
Resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
- 3+ years’ of experience in the related field is required.
Wage: $32.00 per hour. Overtime will be paid after 40 hours per week.
Terms of Employment: Full time, Permanent
