Job Description
Esso Gas station located at 2335B Maple Drive, Quesnel, BC, V2J4C2 requires Assistant Manager with minimum high school. Applicant should also have either 1 year to 2 years of work experience in similar establishment or diploma/degree in related field. Pay per hour will be $29.50 – $33.00, depending upon skills. This is permanent full-time position with 32-40 hours of week.
Job duties are some of the followings:
- Organize and manage the operation of the store.
- Maximizes store profitability and meet store financial objectives.
- Recruit staff and train the store staff.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Negotiate arrangement with suppliers.
- Manage store budget, assign duties to staff.
