Connecting Solution & Application Ltd. (CSA Canada) is a start-up company in Vancouver BC. We are developing Universal Health Chain (UHC), which is a blockchain-based e-Health solution with universal health IDS and unified clinical history.

UHC offers the unified clinical history, complete and interoperable, regardless of the territory or public or private sector, through our Universal Health Identifier (patented).

UHC puts the user as the center of the system, who can allow and deny access to the different sections of their medical history or to certain specific data both to health professionals and to health and emergency services, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, etc.

Duties:

  • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company and its staffs in meeting objectives, and to determine areas of program improvement or policy development.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with production, pricing, or sales.
  • Direct and coordinate an organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
  • Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans and activities, the selection of directors and other senior level staff, and establishment and organization of major department.
  • Direct, plan, and implement policies, objectives, and activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, and to increase productivity.
  • Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal and state agencies, and other organizational entities.
  • Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs.

Requirements:

  • A completion of bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required. Any further higher education would be considered an asset.
  • More than 5 years of experience as a middle manager in hospital management/administration, health care sector, or other related fields is required.
  • Ability to identify complex problems and review information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Ability to invest around $100,000 to establish business.
