Zoolife’s incredible proprietary camera-based experience has been deployed with partners such as Toronto Zoo, San Antonio Zoo, Orana Wildlife Park, and Pacific Marine Mammal Centre. Zoolife.tv was launched during the pandemic by the Brizi team, global pioneers of crowd-controlled camera technology. With clients across sports, entertainment, and attraction venues such as the US Open and select NBA teams, our patent-pending technology is in 12 countries around the world. THE ROLE:
Our partners are what allows Zoolife.tv to source and co-promote the best possible animal habitats, content, and programming for viewers worldwide. This requires us to build strong and long-lasting relationships with our partners and to work closely with them to define and execute marketing and content strategy. As the key partnerships lead, you will work directly with the CEO to build trusting relationships with partners, proactively understand their needs, and grow the Zoolife mission through these collaborative relationships.
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU HAVE:
7+ years of experience managing complex relationships (consulting, business development, partnership or account management) with a customer service mentality
High EQ, strong soft skills, and leadership qualities to rally others behind your initiatives
An ability to juggle many initiatives at once, prioritize thoughtfully, and facilitate collaboration across many internal & external stakeholders.

Knowledge of the wildlife/conservation industry’s culture and decision-making processes
Data fluency to extract value-creating insights for both partners and Zoolife
Experience successfully structuring partnership deals and contracts
Knowledgeable about integrated marketing: digital, social, and PR
Existing relationships with animal / wildlife / conservation communities
Familiarity with live video content, online communities, and streaming culture
Understanding of the internet / media landscape across traditional and digital media
Knowledge in content broadcast licencing, revenue share, and/or distribution

YOU’LL WORK ON:
Deepening partner relationships by having key stakeholders engaged, aligned, and informed while co-developing strategic initiatives and reporting on results
Advocating as the voice of partners internally and incorporating their feedback in joint initiatives
Aligning internal teams to efficiently deliver for partners and managing expectations on both sides by acting as the primary point of contact for all partner communications
Influence and inspire deeper collaboration by engaging with zoo/animal sanctuary stakeholders at all levels including: c-suite, directors, marketing staff, interpreters, educators, volunteers, and animal care staff
Identify and execute on new content initiatives, implementing marketing projects, and managing the roll-outs for new animal habitats and new partners
Misc. projects – whatever it takes to make our partnerships successful, which can include planning events, improving systems, ensuring exceptional collaboration across the board
