Be a results-oriented leader who has demonstrated the ability to: manage and establish priorities among the competing interests; access and analyze complex networks, relationships and issues to achieve solutions; and achieve policy, planning and program outcomes through collaboration with stakeholders and key government, municipal, and community partners.

The successful candidate also requires strong project and change management skills as they are the Project Sponsor for the Heritage Conservation Branch’s Online Client Services Initiative, a transformational change to develop appropriate online tools for the review of heritage sensitivity for land development across the province.

The Executive Director, Heritage Conservation Branch will leverage their strong communication skills to embrace the Government of Saskatchewan’s One Team approach at all levels – across ministries, within the ministry and within the Heritage Conservation Branch.
