Job Description
We are looking to hire 1 Farm Manager to join us at GRT Nursery Inc.
Work Duties: • Manage the overall operations of a farm • Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown • Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities • Hire and manage employees, oversee training • Develop and keep financial and production records • Purchase farm machinery, seed, and other supplies • Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings • May perform farming duties.
Job Requirement: • Completion of Secondary School Education • At least 2 -3 years of work experience in related field
Wage: $26.00 per hour 40 hours per week at 5 days a week Full time work (year round)
