Enoch Wealth is registered as Exempt Market Dealer with BC Securities Commission and Ontario Securities Commission. We are dedicated to helping investors build their wealth responsibly through a variety of alternative investment opportunities. Currently, we’re looking for a full-time permanent Investment Manager to join our team.

Wage: C$43.80/hour; overtime is 1.5 times of regular if hours exceed 40 hours/week;2 weeks of paid vacation and other benefits per standard employment act

Work time: 35 hours/week

Job location: 1200 W. 73rd Ave, Suite 350, Vancouver, British Columbia V6P 6G5

Responsibilities:
Engage in planning, directing and evaluating the sales department.

Recruit personnel and set up training programs; participate fully as a team leader and help build a positive and diverse work environment, assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently.

Help team member to develop relationship with clients and expand client network in professional and social settings.

Play a key role in advising customers of high-level financial solutions from a range of available investment products.

Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff in handling customer problems.

Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering customer questions, and addressing their concerns; raise matters as appropriate to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct as well as participate in process improvement opportunities to protect the interests of the organization.

Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intention; prepare monthly financial and branch progress reports.

Ensure the security commissions policy and procedures are followed according to established guidelines and make recommendations for improvement.

Education, Experience & Skills:
A university degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, economics or a related field

3-5 years of professional supervisory experience with a financial firm in an investment related role

Knowledge of Structured Products including Exchange Traded is an asset

Ability to learn quickly and simultaneously handle multiple tasks/projects
