Job Summary:
Join the newly created Student Success team to collaborate with units across campus to provide structure and oversight to the First-Year Seminar experience.
This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing summer bridge programs for incoming students. They will perform assessments of programs to provide for continuous improvement. This individual will also communicate with people across campus regarding the programs they oversee.
This position will report directly to the Associate Provost of Student Success.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Four years of experience in a related field.
Additional post-secondary education may substitute for years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Prior instructional experience.
