Complete sales & related operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results of the sales team.

• Maintains sale staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Ensures availability of product to the customers on time by coordinating with the production department;
• Study the marketing trends for the products than develop and implement marketing strategies accordingly
• Make decision on pricing & credit policies as per management directions
• Resolve customer complaints
