What can you expect in this role?

Conduct risk assessments on policies to ensure new business is placed at sustainable and profitable levels.

Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams to facilitate attainment of profitability targets

Provide support of decisions and guidance on risk assessments and policy parameters for Insurance Advisors, Territory Managers, and customers.

Request, analyze, and assess medical records

Set parameters based upon risk assessment for new and existing policies and transfer between existing policies

Collaborate with the Petline Veterinary Medical Director to obtain input and guidance regarding potential risks

Provide support and guidance to veterinary practices through the Vetline

Draft customer correspondence and documents of insurance

What do you bring to the role?

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent designation, minimum 3 years veterinary practice experience preferred

Post-secondary education in animal health

Bilingual French required

Insurance experience an asset
