1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Regional Director Field Operations to support our Franchise Partners’ efforts to achieve greater revenue growth, customer centricity and business profitability. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Operations, the Regional Director of Operations will lead a team of Field Operations Managers and collaborate with the various business units and departments in the Junktion. The primary focus for this role is to drive profitability, deepen market penetration, and increase the effectiveness of our business partners.

A Day in the Life:
Accountable for driving overall top line revenue growth in the region (Eastern North America)
Guide and support the Field Operations Managers to drive top line revenue growth while coaching teams to support franchise partners profitability goals through operational efficiency and P&L improvement
Assist Field Operations Managers in identifying key KPIs to be used for annual region goal set
Build long-term relationships with Franchise Partners and identify business growth opportunities
Develop and facilitate Performance Management Groups throughout the system
Collaborate with Field Operations teams to create and maintain a “Coaching Toolkit”
Conduct annual and quarterly business strategy sessions to the develop regional goals and business plans
Coach and support your team to handle any customer needs and solutions professionally
Monitor brand compliance to maintain consistency in image, operational standards and customer metrics, and oversee new franchise openings
Share business and market intelligence with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of market activity
Work closely with brand marketing leaders to overseeing market strategy, programs and promotions in support of departmental objectives
Assist in development of annual strategic plan pillars related to Field/Partner support
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in operational management, and business development or sales management
Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth and building market presence
Strong track record of mentorship, coaching your downstream stakeholders, as well as influence with leadership teams
Comfort in business process management and optimization of tools and processes
Excellent strategic capabilities, with demonstrable success in designing and driving strategies to maximize growth, efficiency and profitability
Analytical skills to assess business capabilities and market dynamics to determine opportunities for growth and improvement
Immediate eligibility to work in Canada (ideally Toronto or Vancouver), or the US (Eastern seaboard)
Flexibility to travel up to 50% throughout Canada and the US
