Domain Expertise:

• Possesses advanced understanding of U.S. healthcare, formulary management, and basic policy/restrictions content
• Understands benefit design and management strategies including utilization of policy details for drug management
• Utilizes management nuances to make decisions
• Able to identify and pull appropriate documents required for data entry
• Intermediate drug name and class comprehension

Autonomy & Skill Level:

• Intermediate autonomy
• Requires intermittent to little QC
• Effectively escalates items in a timely manner to more senior staff; handles basic items autonomously
• FORM: Successfully able to enter data for mid to high level projects with acceptable accuracy
• POLICY: Successfully able to enter data for low to mid level projects with acceptable accuracy
• Meets advanced speed requirements based on project complexity
• Demonstrates communication skills as evidenced by ability to communicate throughout organization and within team meetings

Responsibilities:

• Owns intermediate to advanced assigned data entry tasks related to maintenance of database
• Own/Leads1-3 side projects/tasks for data team;
• Exposure to direct client impact tasks/projects
• Updating and maintaining payer URLs for data automation
