Key Responsibilities:
Achieve annual sales plans for growth and key objectives via a dual brand proposition and handle costs, receivables and expenses within required targets.
Develop understanding and expertise within customers and the regional team of the benefits and advantages of business programs offered by PPG Refinish
Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of body shop operations to influence customers.
Develop and utilize an industry network to capitalize on all opportunities for the PPG group.
Stay in tune with market and competitor knowledge and collaborate with leadership to strategize a plan for success.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or equivalency, is required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a refinish or related environment.
Experience working in and around the Body shop environment with paint preferred.
Must exemplify an aptitude for consultative selling and the able to work with all customers from senior management to body shop technicians.
Confident in understanding balance sheets and business management propositions.
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight travel, within the BC region.
The TM will reside with the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley or Kelowna Area of British Columbia.
