Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook full course Vietnamese meals.
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods like soups, stocks, meat, seafood etc.
- Determine size portions ensuring least wastage.
- Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes when required.
- Keep work place and kitchen area clean and hygienic.
- Follow sanitation procedures.
- Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year of previous Vietnamese cooking experience required.
- Must have high school education.
- Basic knowledge of English language is required.
- Vietnamese language will be an asset.
Benefits:
Retention bonus of $500.00 will be paid on completion of one year of employment.
