Sunrise Waldorf School is accepting applications for a full-time Handwork Teacher for the 2021/22 school year. The successful candidate will introduce and execute handwork lessons for Grades 1-8 following Waldorf curriculum guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills, teaching skills that nurture and develop the capacities in children, and a love for working with children.
Applicants must possess or qualify for a BC teaching certificate or be able to receive a Letter of Permission to teach while obtaining certification, with preference give to those with Waldorf training. Only applications from Canadian citizens or residents can be considered.
