You will be leading a passionate Human Resources team to deliver high standards in colleague experience & engagement in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group as Brand Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities
To oversee and direct all HR initiatives/activities within the hotel, including Personnel, Compensation and Benefit, Colleague Experience and Learning and Development;
To be a Business Partner of the hotel’s Managing Director and other Executive Committee Members, with a strong emphasis on driving results;
To be the major Change Agent in ensuring colleague manpower, operational efficiencies, learning and development together with total awards are all in line with both the hotel business strategies and real-time operational needs;
To have solid local market labor law knowledge and practices combined with a caring approach in handling all colleague related matters;
Responsible for creating excellent colleague experiences and engagements, targeting to be the Employer of Choice in local market.

Qualifications
Ø Minimum of a Diploma in HR or Business;
Ø At least 8-10 years’ experience in HR function of which 3-5 years must be in DOHR position within the Hospitality industry;
Ø Shanghai working experience is a mandatory requirement;
Ø Excellent knowledge of local labour law, particularly as it applies to hospitality;
Ø Self-motivated, goal-oriented, results driven;
Ø Focused on being the Employer of Choice by creating excellent colleague experience;
Ø Have a business partner mentality;
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reflected in the ability to lead and motivate team;
Ø Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English;
Ø Legally authorized to work in China.
