Engagement Delivery Partner /Engagement Delivery Lead

Qualification : Equivalent of BS/MS

Responsibility: CharterDrive consensus between various client stakeholders as needed to facilitate the conversion of program,s vision/ideas into program deliverables/nSetupProgram initiation and Planning: Identify stakeholders and set up steering committee with the CXO.

/nvalidate lifecycle methodology of various projects as developed by the MSI Program Managers/nDeliveryReviews: Facilitate cross project collaboration where dependencies are encountered/ntrack progress of course corrective actions/n Ensure that BIC goals are met/nService ManagementService Design and Operate Capacity management/n Availability management Service level managemen/n Responsible for Continual Service Improvemen/n Ensure that Service Operation requirements are met including but not limited to following/n Problem Management/n Service Desk and Incident management/n Security Administration/n App support/n IT Operations/n Database Administration/n Storage management/n Network support/nOperations/n Ensure achievement of program goals and metrics.

provide insights on cost cutting for delivery activities/nChange Management/nValidate external changes industry /competitor reactions and engage with the executive council to track and ensure that the program deliverables are relevant at the time of review/nInitiate scope /deliverable changes if required.

interact with stakeholders to resolve escalations for any change/control initiative initiated by MSI Program Managers/nDevelop the program level SoW changes.

provide support to the individual Project Managers in case of client initiated chang /internally identified change, as required/nCommunicate potential significant change, that are identified, to the entire external stakeholder community business and IT sponsors from the client/nOpportunity Identification and Pursuit/n Interact with clients to understand their needs.

leverage opportunities to understand and provide inputs/direction on their IT /Business roadmap to provide mindshare and visibility in to the CXO charters/nShare feedback with the Client Partner/Engagement Director in terms of client,s focus areas/nAnalyze the value add from the program perspective for program retention and additional areas within the program where Cognizant can grow/nRelationship Management/nAct as the single point of contact for the program with the client CXO suite.

build a strong relationship with the client Program Manager and CXOs/nEngage with the client to build an ecosystem of partners and generate awareness about shared risks, accountability and rewards/nApprise the steering committee about the delivery status during meetings.

resolve escalated issues/People Management/nProvide support to the MSI Program Manager in handling the team.

provide mentorship to MSI Program Managers and develop the next in line/nKnowledge ManagementBuild industry level point of view related operating parameter on top of the MSI Program Manager,s deliverables/nProvide inputs for building goto market solutions with partners and create SOQs for solution sets.
