Qualifications:
- The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the fields of: mental health and addictions clinical practices, and/or education/knowledge sharing.
- Previous experience in community mental health and addictions settings, healthcare and/or academic settings is an asset.
- Knowledge of mental health and addictions problems, particularly: gambling, gaming, and problem technology use is required.
- Demonstrated experience in adult education (curriculum development, coordination, and/or online facilitation). Demonstrated ability to search, identify, synthesize, and exchange relevant evidence/knowledge is required. Demonstrated experience in course development, writing e-learning content and web content writing is required. Demonstrated experience in the development of knowledge sharing activities would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication (oral/written), creative problem-solving abilities and organizational/time management skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including spreadsheet and presentation applications, web conferencing programs such as Adobe Connect/WebEx Meetings, and learning management systems such as Moodle is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a self-directed manner, as well as collaboratively in a team setting is required. The ability to manage a diverse task load, successfully mediate difficult and uncomfortable situations, and adapt to and manage changing priorities is required. Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language is considered an asset.

Salary Range:$33.59 – 45.31 per hour.
