Job Description

In 1960 The Enchanted Forest opened its doors as a unique family attraction for people of all ages. The Enchanted Forest features over 300 fairy tale figurines created by hand that continue to provide summer sightseers of all ages with a refreshing stop in an enchanting world of fantasy set in untouched nature.

As Gift Shop / Admissions Attendant, you excel in a busy environment with customer service as your first priority. This position works collaboratively within a team to ensure an optimum gift shop appearance and to provide an exceptional experience for every park visitor. This position reports to the Gift Shop Supervisor.

Description/Duties:
Primary responsibility during operating hours is Retail Sales or Admissions Cashier

Handling cash and credit/debit transactions and balancing sales at end of day

Ensures availability of merchandise by managing and maintaining inventories.

Implements merchandise promotion and display strategies.

Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

Communicates with Grounds and Maintenance team regarding park operations

Contributes to team effort by assisting others as directed.
