Reporting to and working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, the President & CEO holds responsibility for overall leadership in developing the Corporation’s vision, values and strategic direction. As AL’s ambassador, they provide leadership in positioning relationships and values with employees, partners, governments, players and the public.

As an ideal candidate, you are a visionary, strategic, highly dynamic and seasoned senior executive, skilled at building relationships and communicating with diverse groups. You have experience leading within a large, complex environment, ideally one that is subject to regulation with multiple stakeholders. You are known for your success in developing high performing teams and progressive workforce culture in organizations undergoing disruption. In being a strong promoter for corporate social responsibility, your conduct will inspire a keen sense of commitment to sustainability and community welfare.
