What we are looking for:
– Previous experience in hospitality industry is a must. (Experience managing restaurant and Bar)
– Strong communication skills. Must be fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi
– Friendly with an ability to establish a genuine connection with the guests
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
– Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business- including nights and weekends
– Energetic team-player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
– manage administrative functions eg. payroll, scheduling, inventory, procurement
– Review and develop work instructions, memos for staff on a regular basis to improve operations and streamline service to customers.
– Develop training guides and manuals for new hires and provide on the job coaching & performance reviews.
– Professionally and promptly respond to all customer concerns, solicit customer feedback and relay to team members and management to improve restaurant operations.

Serving It Right
Food Safe Level 1 is an asset
