Job Description

The restaurant mainly serves authentic Asian food. With fast growing, we are now looking for an experienced restaurant manager. Hope you can join us.

Job duties:

• Take overall responsibilities to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant;
• Be in charge of staffing, such as recruiting, training, supervising staff members, and making feasible work schedules;- Ensure health and safety regulations from authorities and the restaurant are strictly followed;
• Conduct marketing research and determine types of services to cater for demands of customers;
• Receive feedback and address customers’ complaints and concerns;
• Participate in budget plan, monitor revenues, and control cost and inventory;
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors for the best interests of the restaurant.

Employment requirements:

• Completion of college education majored in hospitality or business management is required; Higher training in related fields is preferable;
• At least three years of experience in service domain is required; Supervisory experience is a great asset;
• Social, outgoing and creative; Goal oriented;
• Be able to communicate in English in workplace.
